Steps for sweet potato cake

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices.

Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

Press it into mud while it is hot.

Add white sugar, clear flour, and glutinous rice flour to the sweet potato paste. (Add glutinous rice flour little by little until it doesn't stick to your hands.) Knead into dough.

Divide the dough into equal portions.

Knead round and flatten to make a round cake shape.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

After the oil in the pan is heated, add the sweet potato cake.

Fry until both sides are yellow over medium to medium heat.
