Yam and red bean porridge

Yam and red bean porridge
I usually like to use red beans and coix seeds to boil together as water to drink. A handful of red beans, a handful of coix seeds and a pot of water are boiled together, which is enough to drink for a day. First, it is used to remove moisture from the body. Second, it can replenish qi and replenish blood, restore ruddy complexion, and also clear heat, expel pus and remove acne.
Yam is rich in nutrients and contains a large amount of starch and protein, as well as vitamin B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, glucose, and crude protein amino acids. It can be used as both staple food and vegetable. I like it very much.
Adding rock sugar to porridge can help people with coughing, sore throat and dry mouth.
