Steps for Fried Sushan

Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the bean sprouts quickly, and serve out after they are cooked (don't fry them until they are cooked, make them crispy).

Put oil in the pan, saute chives and ginger, add mushrooms and oyster sauce, add a small amount of soup (or water), add salt, and simmer for five minutes to taste.

Finally, pour it out on the bean sprouts and it's OK.
