But fortunately it won't be too hard. This pickle was bought to cook pork tripe. It cost one yuan, but I didn't cook it all. The rest had to be disposed of quickly. There was no choice. There was a lot of beef in the refrigerator, so I thought of stir-fried beef. Adding celery was hoping that the lightness of the celery could neutralize the saltiness of the pickle.
