Steps for Leek Box

Knead the flour with warm water into a ball, cover with a damp cloth and wake for 20 minutes.

Chives, shrimp skins, and scrambled eggs, add soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and olive oil, and mix well.

After waking up the dough, knead it on the plate for another 10 minutes, knead it into long strips, and cut it into small pieces.

Take a small section, knead it round and flatten it, and roll it into a round dough about 1 mm.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into a saucepan, place into the box, cover the lid, and cook for about 1 minute.
