I made stir-fried beef with carrots and green peppers at home last night. When I was cutting vegetables, I thought, I would save some beef and carrots, and cook a beef sauce for the topping for breakfast tomorrow would taste good. So I saved some beef and carrots for breakfast this morning. (*^__^*) Hehe.
I don't add any MSG to this breakfast because the combination of carrots and beef is so delicious. If I add MSG, I think it will be superfluous. This sauce also goes well with rice. o(④_④)o haha
This breakfast was made today and was very popular with my family. My brother and sister said they would make this breakfast next week.

Steps for Noodles covered with carrot beef sauce

1
After boiling the water, add the dough cake and cook for about two or three minutes. Depending on how hard or soft the noodles I like, I don't like noodles that taste too hard, so when I boil the noodles for about two minutes, I will turn off the heat and cover them for a few more minutes.
2
Pick up the noodles, drain them with water, and sprinkle them with some sesame oil. This will make them more delicious
3
Chop the beef and stir well with cornflour, salt, soy sauce, and oil, so that the marinated meat is smooth and tender. The beef was prepared last night.
4
Dice the carrot. This was also pre-cut last night.
5
Heat the wok, add the oil, add the dried onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
6
Pour in the minced beef, stir fry until medium done, then remove and set aside.
7
Shovel the shredded beef for later use, put oil in a wok and stir-fry the diced carrots, add a small amount of salt and stir-fry until soft.
8
Add the stir-fried carrots and add the minced beef and the right amount of water (the amount of water depends on the amount of noodles or the amount of sauce you prefer). After boiling, sprinkle with some wine and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Thicker and bring to a boil, and the carrot beef sauce is ready.

Finally, pour the sauce on the drained noodles, and cover the noodles with delicious carrot beef sauce and you're done. The water in the noodles must be fully drained so as not to affect the taste of the sauce. Beef, carrots, and chopped green onions were all cut last night, so it doesn't take much time to make this breakfast.
