Mini spring rolls
I used to love eating crispy things, especially fried crispy spring rolls. I really love them. After traveling to several places over the weekend, I couldn't buy spring roll skin. In desperation, I had to use chaos skin instead, which was also very delicious.

Steps for Mini spring rolls

Prepare the stir-fried moo shu meat (thoroughly cold) and some chaos skin.

Put a few vegetables on top of the chaos skin.

Roll up and fold in half on both sides to prevent the stuffing from leaking out during frying. Fix with flour and water.
