French fries were one of my must-have orders when I went to KFC. Later, when I saw that everyone was making their own French fries, I decided to give it a try. The finished product is no worse than KFC. The ones I made are affordable and worth trying!

Steps for fries

Prepare a large potato, peel and wash it for later use.

Cut the potatoes into square strips and soak them in water to remove starch.

Put hot water on the heat, add in the potato chips and blanch until 70% cooked.

Remove and cool until there is no moisture on the surface.

Heat appropriate amount of oil over the heat.

After heating the oil, add the potato chips and fry them until the surface is yellow. Remove and fry them again. Place them on a plate, and sprinkle with fine salt (there is just no salt and pepper at home, use fine salt instead, or add cumin.)
