Steps for stir-fried cabbage slices with pork belly

Pork belly, cabbage, carrot, green onion.

Wash and slice cabbage.

Slice pork belly and carrot.

Boil boiling water in the pan, add the cabbage slices and blanch thoroughly.

Remove the cold water and dry the water for later use.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives flowers.

Add pork belly slices and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine.

Add a little light soy sauce.

Add carrot slices and stir-fry until they are raw.

Add the cabbage slices and stir-fry.

Add a little water and bake for 2 minutes. Season with salt and MSG.
