Practice:
1. Stewed rice for later use (not too much water, bibimbap needs to be delicious)
2. Remove the roots and wash the soybean sprouts, put them in the pan, add cold water (just half of the bean sprouts can be submerged), add a little salt, cover the lid, and open fire (Notes: Never open the lid during the process (Opening the lid in the middle will make the bean sprouts fishy), heat the fire for about 10 minutes, if you smell the steam on the edge of the pan without fishy smell or bean aroma, turn off the heat immediately, open the lid immediately, and do not stew it. Use chopsticks to clip the soybean sprouts into the big player for later use.
3. Cut the garlic into minced garlic.
3. Add soybean sprouts, minced garlic, refined salt, flavoring, and cooked sesame seeds in a large bowl and mix well. Finally, add dried chili noodles. Ding-dong! Success!!
4. Then start cooking! Take a large bowl, add rice and a little mixed soybean sprouts and mix well (I use a spoon for rice mixing), then add chili sauce and mix well, finally add sesame oil and mix well, so that each grain of rice sticks to sesame oil, OK fragrant bean sprouts mixed rice is finished (tip: rice mixing needs to be eaten with a rice spoon to taste oh)
5. The remaining mixed soybean sprouts can be put in the refrigerator and eaten as cold dishes or mixed rice the next day.
