Steps for Steamed fish with sweet potato flour

Grass carp deboned and sliced into slices. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Pour in the rice noodles and stir well.

Add a small amount of cooking oil, stir well, add rice noodles again and stir well.

Cut sweet potatoes into slices and place into a plate.

Lay the fish slices mixed with rice noodles neatly on the sweet potatoes, and steam for 20 minutes.
