Cut the pork fillet into slices, about 3 mm.

Add cooking wine, salt, cumin powder, curry powder, and black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes, then add half of the egg white and mix well.

You can dip it with bread crumbs, but when I ran out of bread crumbs at home, I mixed it with the egg white and fried it directly. Fry over low heat until both sides change color, and drizzle with ketchup.
