Often, I want to eat both dumplings and wontons. Finally, there was the best of both worlds.

Steps for cooking dumplings

Bring water to the pot, add a thick soup treasure (pork bone flavor), and bring to the boil over high heat.

Prepare dumplings. This is the surprise. Why are dumplings reused? Here we use the leftover dumplings from the previous meal (cabbage, leeks and pork fillings).

After the soup in the pan melts, add the dumplings into the pan, cover the lid and continue to cook for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, start the pan, and finally add the shrimp skins and coriander. Add your favorite seasoning according to your personal taste. I added mature vinegar and chili oil, and I couldn't help but think of the auspicious chaos of going out to eat. The taste is so good, haha!
