Steps for Fried rice noodles with shredded potatoes

Boil the vermicelli in water until soft, remove and place in cold water for later use. Use your hands to pinch the vermicelli without a hard core.

Shred potatoes and set aside. Shred green peppers, slice green onions and ginger, and cut peppers into sections.
