Add boiled water to the chestnut and place it in the microwave for 1 minute on high heat. Take it out and peel it easily. Put the crushed chestnuts into the cooking machine in batches and grind them into mud (use the ground type without adding water).

Place a small amount of water and rock sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat until slightly viscous, add lard, and cook until frothy.

Put the chestnut puree in the pan and mix well until there is no oil left on the bottom of the pan.

Add chopped walnuts and mix well.

Divide the mud mass evenly and twist it into circles.
