Garlic Oyster and Rapeseed Flowers
By JerelPouros
Oyster and rapeseed flowers are a fast-handed dish I created myself. I like to add oyster sauce when cooking dishes to improve the freshness and save on the intake of salt. The taste of the dishes is very delicious. The cauliflower meat is tender, sweet and delicious, and is easy to digest and absorb after eating. Frequent consumption of cauliflower has the effects of refreshing the throat, opening the sound, moistening the lungs, and relieving cough, so they call cauliflower "a godsend medicine" and "a doctor for the poor." The cauliflower itself has no taste. By seasoning with oyster sauce, the flavor of the cauliflower is enhanced and more delicious.
