Steps for Roasted pork with chestnut eggs

A large collection of raw materials.

Fry the quail eggs with low heat until burnt yellow.

Add in another oil pan and stir fry the pork belly.

Add cooking wine.

Add soy sauce, soy sauce, and water, cover and simmer.

Add chestnuts and fried quail eggs.

Cook until the meat is crisp, add rock sugar to taste and cook until the rock sugar melts.
