Pork spine, corn and lotus root soup

- carrot of 2
- corn of 2
- lotus root one
- soybean small bowl
- ginger 6 pieces
Steps for Pork spine, corn and lotus root soup

Wash and defrost the pork spine and wash it.

Add ginger and blanch pork spine with water, wash and set aside.

Cut corn and carrot into small pieces, and cut lotus roots into hob shapes.

Soak the soybeans until soft (the soybeans are left over from making soy milk).

Put all the corn, carrot, and lotus root into the crock, add a few slices of ginger, and add water to cover the ingredients.

Cover and simmer over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.

It's time to eat.

Corn is so sweet and fragrant, but I like to eat the carrot in it most!
