sour rice noodles
By NeldaMurray
I have never eaten authentic Chongqing hot and sour noodles. The takeout looks terrible. I can't even eat spicy food at home. I can only make my own slightly spicy hot and sour noodles. Don't laugh, those three peppers are really shady. But we felt very spicy and the food was appetizing.
