Mushroom rapeseed

Last night, a friend wanted to come over as a guest, but due to something at home, I couldn't come at the last minute, which gave me more time to play well. Hehe ~ This mushroom and rapeseed is my first time making it. My husband thinks it is very delicious, so I have the urge to spread it and share it with everyone. Steps for Mushroom rapeseed

Boil some hot water in the pan. After the water boils, add oil and a little salt, stir well, add the washed rapeseed, cook for about 1 - 2 minutes, take out and set aside for use.

Pour the oil into the pan and let it heat, add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry for a while, add pork and stir well, add mushrooms and stir well, add soy sauce and oil, stir well, add stock (or water), cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes.3
