The pickled cabbage in Northeast China is fermented and marinated with Chinese cabbage. It tastes sour and crispy. It is wrapped in bacon slices and fried after being eaten. It is sour and crispy to relieve the greasy taste.

Wash each piece of pickled cabbage.

Slice the thick vegetables into two or three slices, and then cut into thin slices.

Divide the whole bacon into half from the middle, place the shredded cabbage on half of the bacon slice and roll it up on one side.

Heat the oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, add the meat rolls, cover on low heat and fry for five minutes.

If the pickled cabbage is too sour, you can soak it in clear water and squeeze it dry. When braising and frying, be sure to low heat to prevent the pan from getting burnt. After taking out of the pan, you can sprinkle the black pepper according to your taste.
