Dad is coming to my house for dinner on his birthday.
The main meal was decided to cook tomato corbel casserole. Using Western techniques, add tomato sauce and red wine, add canned tomatoes, carrots and celery to flavor, simmer over low heat for two hours, and then start to harvest the juice. The meat is crispy, juicy, and fragrant.
