Boiled tofu is a dish I have eaten outside. I think it is too simple to make, but the taste is very tempting, so I went home and made it myself. I think it is better than the food outside. The most important thing is that I can eat with peace of mind.

Steps for Boiled tofu

Add tofu and simmer over low heat for five minutes. Add salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, a little sugar, and pepper to taste, and add a little water and starch before taking out the pan.

Choose your favorite green vegetables, stir-fry them raw and spread them on the bottom of the bowl, and then pour the tofu into the bowl.

Sprinkle with paprika powder and pepper powder on top, heat the oil and drizzle on top.
