Steps for Bean meat pie

Dissolve the yeast in water, add flour and knead it into a very soft dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and spread to a warm place to ferment until twice as large.

Bean meat filling.

Knead the dough evenly, knead it into long strips, and cut into evenly sized doses.

Take one portion and press it flat, roll it into thin dough on all sides and thick in the middle, and wrap it in like a steamed bun.

Close your mouth face down and press flat.

Place the pie on an electric baking pan brushed with oil.

Cover and brown until both sides are golden yellow.
