Fried pork belly with onions

This dish was inspired by my own grilled pork belly pizza. The first thing I felt was that the combination of onions and pork belly was superb. It was fat but not greasy, and the aroma was overflowing.

Steps for Fried pork belly with onions

Half-thawed pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Slice the onions and naturally separate into strips.

Add soy sauce, soy sauce, white sugar, salt, and cooking wine to pork belly.

Add onions and continue to grasp well. Refrigerate for at least half an hour. It tastes better over time.
