Fish Borscht
Borscht is also known as red vegetable soup. The main ingredients are beef, red cabbage head, and some vegetables such as potatoes, onions and tomatoes.

Red cabbage head, also known as beets, is the raw material for making sugar in Russia.

Russian borscht requires stir-frying flour to make the soup thick. My family likes clear soup, so I didn't add this. Russian borscht also needs cream. My family is afraid of the taste of milk and cream, so I didn't add this. So this soup can only be called fish borscht.
