Soybean flour cake

Friends who like to eat pasta but don't know how to knead it can try steamed cakes or corn flour. I happen to have super good soybean flour, so I made it with soybean flour. It has a strong flavor of soybean flour. It's really delicious!!

- soy noodles 60g
- yeast 1g
- baking soda 1g
- water 140g
- sugar 10g
Steps for Soybean flour cake

Prepare flour and soybean flour.

Add the yeast to warm water and add white sugar, stir well, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Mix flour, soy flour, flour, and yeast water, cross and mix into batter, without drawing circles.

Cover and ferment for 2 hours.
