Lotus root and pork ribs soup
I have always liked to sit in front of the window and watch the snow fall outside. I can drink a bowl of steaming soup, eat an apple, and read my favorite books. It seems that time stops at that moment. As a food eater, I certainly couldn't imagine it out of thin air, so I made a pot of soup myself. When the fragrance was spreading, my heart was peaceful.
