On Saturday, I went to eat Yunnan food with my mother and a family of friends in Yunnan. One of them was called Hongsanduo. The name was interesting and the ingredients were simple, so I decided to make this dish yesterday. It's also said that I asked someone to buy some Gongming sausage yesterday. I heard that it was very delicious. I couldn't wait to try it when I got home, so I added the sausage and made a modified version of "Red Sandicao"!
Because I am from Guangdong, the dish I made has Cantonese flavor, so it is called "Cantonese Red Sandicao"!
