There are many classmates from the north around me. They like to take garlic cloves and make steamed buns, and even eat fried pork steaks with a bite of meat and garlic. I have also tried it, and it is really fragrant. While chewing the steamed buns, I accidentally chewed the garlic grain that accompanied the steamed buns in my mouth. The aroma of garlic fills my mouth, and occasionally my tongue will be stimulated by the spicy heat. This wonderful taste certainly makes one's appetite open, but the garlic smell in one's mouth after eating it is really indecent. Garlic, for me, prefers the appetizing aroma it brings when cooking, rather than the rough stimulation when chewing it directly into the mouth.
This garlic bread is based on the Italian snack BRUSCHETTA.
