Steps for Steamed shrimp with shredded rice

1
Remove the head and tail of the shrimp, and pull out the shrimp intestines, opening the back without cutting it.
2
Gently draw the knife diagonally on the shrimp meat.
3
Sprinkle glutinous rice wine evenly on the shrimp meat (use a spray can), mix well with cornflour.
4
Marinate slightly with cornflour and set aside.
5
Pour the mashed garlic into the pan of medium-warm oil over medium heat.
6
Stir fry continuously until the aroma dissipates.
7
Turn slightly into light yellow.
8
Add a small amount of water to another pot. After the water boils, add rock sugar and soy sauce.
9
Add fish sauce, shrimp oil, and sugar and stir well.
10
Bring to the boil again, pour in the freshly fried garlic mashed, and cook for one minute.
11
Place the shredded konjac on the plate, place the shrimp on the shredded konjac, and pour the freshly prepared seasoning on the back of the shrimp.
12
Put in a steamer.
13
Simmer over high heat for 5 minutes.
14
After 5 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion, add a little sesame oil and salad oil, sprinkle with coriander, cover with lid and simmer for 2-3 minutes (remember to turn off the heat).
