Steps for Mishuang mung bean milk tea
1
Wash the mung beans and pour them into a pot. Add cold water and heat them over high heat. After the water boils, continue to cook over high heat for two minutes. When the soup turns green, pour the mung bean soup into the bowl where the green tea bag is placed (preferably a filter screen is used to filter it to avoid the mung beans trailing), pick up the tea bag with your hands and pull it repeatedly to make the tea taste stronger in the soup.2
At this time, add clear water to the remaining mung beans in the pan. The water is about 5 times that of mung beans. Continue to cook over high heat. After the water is boiled, adjust to medium to medium heat. Boil the mung beans to sand, and cool it for later use.3
After the mung bean soup in step (1) cools naturally, pour in milk, add in honey, stir well, pour into a cup, add the cooled mung bean paste. It tastes better after being refrigerated in the refrigerator in summer.
