Steps for Braised tofu with pork

1
Cut the pork belly into small pieces, wash them, place them in water and blanch them, and wash off the blood for later use.
2
Tear each oily tofu. (Oil tofu tastes easy to taste after being torn)
3
Put a proper amount of oil into the pan, pour in the pork belly, and stir-fry for about three minutes.
4
Add cooking wine and sugar in turn and stir fry until the sugar melts, then add soy sauce to color the meat. Then pour in the soy sauce, stir fry again for three minutes, and then add water. Not too much water.
5
Turn on high heat to boil water, turn to medium and heat for 10 minutes, then add oil tofu and appropriate amount of salt, and stir fry well.
6
Cover the lid and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes, then change to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. After the soup is dried, you can start the pan.
