Sugarcane root: Sugarcane root, also called Zheergen in Kunming, is also called Houttuynia cordata. Sugarcane root has the effects of improving human immunity, antibacterial, antiviral, diuretic and radiation protection.

Kunming people often eat it cold, called cold sugarcane root. It can be cold alone or mixed with cold dishes such as cucumbers.

Tofu: Tofu is recognized as a green health food, so I won't introduce it more.

It's winter, and eating salad may be a little inappropriate, so I thought of using roasted sugarcane roots and tofu boxes. Wrap the mixed sugarcane roots in the roasted tofu, making it warm and fresh.

    1. The tofu should be thicker when being cut into slices. If it is cut too thin, the skin will easily break. 2. When roasting tofu, to prevent sticking, you can rub some oil on tin foil.
