Steps for Spicy beef minced

1
Cut the beef into diced pieces and marinate with ginger juice, cooking wine, cornflour and a little salt for 10 minutes.
2
I used this beef paste. I used two bags in total, about 60 grams.
3
Cut the red peppers into small dices and chop them up with spicy food.
4
Cut the garlic sprouts into small dices and place them with the peppers.
5
Put oil in a wok and heat it up, add in the chopped beef, stir fry until color changes, add beef paste and stir well.
6
Remove from the pot for later use.
7
Wash the wok, add a small amount of oil, heat it up, saute the peppers and garlic sprouts until fragrant.
8
Pour in the beef kernels, stir fry together, add some soy sauce to make the color better. If you feel a little dry halfway, add some cooking wine, and stir fry until the peppers and garlic sprouts are broken.
