Steamed rice noodles
Steamed rice noodles with Hakka food stall style. Use steaming instead of stir-frying for a different flavor.

    Put the rice noodles in boiling water and cook them for a while, as long as you can carve them open with chopsticks. Flush cold water for use.

    Soak the squid in cold water to soften, remove the bones and wash it thoroughly. Shred the squid and ham for later use.

    Remove and add peanut oil to saute shredded squid and shredded ham until fragrant, add soy sauce and pepper powder. Fill the small bowl.

    Take a large plate and rub some peanut oil on it, add rice noodles, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, chicken powder, and mix well. Sprinkle fried shredded squid and shredded ham on rice noodles. Boil water in the pan and remove the heat and steam for 5 minutes.

    Open the lid and sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame oil, and bake for 1 minute on low heat. Mix flour and ingredients well while eating.
