Steps for fried duck offal

Wash the duck intestines, duck heart, and duck gizzards and cut them into pieces. Wash and cut carrots, fungus, and cucumber.

Cut the onions and ginger for later use.

Saute the pan with green onions and ginger.

Add the duck miscellaneous and stir-fry it to change color, add other ingredients and stir fry until tender, add salt and remove from the pan.
