Prepare the main materials.

Wash the quail eggs and place them in a pan to cook.

Add water to a new pot, add spices (fragrant leaves, cinnamon, ginger slices, star anise), salt, sugar, and chicken essence, and boil for 10 minutes to make brine juice.
