Steps for Dried fried dough stick with pea powder

1
This is the finished pea flour I bought in the supermarket.
2
Chop the ginger and add water to make ginger water and shredded coriander.
3
I use 5 teaspoons to measure.
4
Use cold water to blend the pea powder into a paste.
5
Add water and salt in the saucepan and bring the water to a boil.
6
Turn off the heat to a minimum and add the blended pea flour.
7
Be sure to use low heat to stir slowly in one direction until the aroma of peas comes out and it is ready. This process takes about five minutes.
8
Pour the prepared pea flour into a bowl, add ginger water, coriander, sesame oil, and chili powder.
9
The cooked pea flour and freshly cooked dough sticks are my Yunnan specialty snack. (Cut the dough sticks into small pieces and place them in a bowl and mix them to eat)
