Steps for Rice porridge with fresh shrimps and mushrooms

1
Boil the stock and add it to the pressure cooker together with the cleaned rice, cover it, and simmer slowly over low heat. Take advantage of this time to chop the mushrooms and soak them in hot water at about 50 degrees for later use. Peel the heads of fresh shrimps (leave the shrimp brain), pick out the mud sausages, pinch off the tail of the shrimp, and chop the onions, ginger and coriander into minced pieces.
2
Fresh shrimp are processed like this. The shrimp skins are left to enrich nutrients and replenish calcium, but they will affect the taste (I chose nutrition and taste), and the shrimp brains are left to make the porridge more delicious.
3
It is best to soak mushrooms in advance. For emergency use, you can only soak them in hot water.
4
You can also chop cilantro and chives and ginger into minced pieces without cilantro, but I like the light coriander flavor (sorry I forgot to take pictures of the minced ginger when cooking).
5
Turn off the pressure cooker for about half an hour and wait for about twenty minutes, then let out the clean air and turn on the pressure cooker (be sure to let out the clean air safely)!! Then open fire to bring the porridge to a boil. Add shrimp, shredded ginger, and salt (you can also add white pepper if you like) to taste and stir constantly (never burn the pan). Turn off the heat when the shrimp is cooked, and sprinkle with chives and shredded coriander. A pot of fragrant, steaming and nutritious fresh shrimp porridge is ready...Rice porridge with fresh shrimps and mushrooms Make Tips
