This beef roll is spring roll wrapped with beef stuffing. We call it spring roll, but I don't know what other places call it.

Steps for beef rolls

Chop the green onions, grind the beef into meat paste, fry the oil with a little oil, add the two together to the pan and saute until fragrant, add a little salt, pepper, and chicken essence.

Add some stuffing and place it in the lower half of the dough.

Roll the dough in half.

Fold one side of the dough.
