Chicken cabbage meatballs
By AbbieWiegand
In winter, my family especially likes to make meatballs. Basically, we prepare a batch every week. We eat hot pot, casserole, directly braised or sweet and sour. It is simple, convenient and delicious. In the past, most meatballs were made with water chestnuts to increase the taste. This time, I used large cabbage to help the meatballs. The taste was still fluffy and crisp. When they were just fried, they were wrapped and eaten together with cabbage leaves. Instead of the greasy feeling of fried food, there was a hint of cabbage sweetness in my mouth. It still feels very appropriate to use the name "The Pearl of the Palm" given by her daughter.

1. It will be easier to use a spoon to help you make meatballs or get your hands slightly wet with water. 2. When frying, be sure to fry slowly on low heat. If the heat is too high, the outside is charred and the core is still not cooked. 3. Eating cabbage leaves can only be eaten hot when they are just out of the pot. Cold meatballs should be heated and eaten, but the taste is slightly worse.
