    Slice the tenderloin thinly and pat the meat loose with the back of the knife. Use six or seven cloves of minced garlic, shredded ginger, shredded green onion, salt, sugar, chicken essence, cooking wine, soy sauce, and soy sauce, and mix well in a container. After baking for about 15 minutes, I took out the baking sheet, poured in the oil, turned the meat, sprinkled pepper, cumin, salt and pepper powder again, and brushed with oil and honey. The grilled meat is charred and yellow, which is very delicious.
