braised pork
I have always been eating braised pork made by my parents. After reading many masters 'methods, I couldn't help but try it myself this week. It was very successful and tasted great. I am so happy ~

Steps for braised pork

1
Wash the pork belly, remove the hair on the skin, and cut it into cubes for later use.
2
Boil water in the pot, blanch the meat pieces, then rinse twice with cold water to drain the water.
3
Sliced onions and ginger, one pepper, one leaf of fragrant leaves, one piece of cinnamon, and two pieces of rock sugar.
4
Heat the heat in a non-stick pan without putting in the oil. First put the meat in and stir-fry until the oil is produced.
5
Then add the ingredients and soy sauce and stir fry slightly.
6
Pour water over the meat, add rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly.
7
Finally, the soup is dried, becomes thick, and can be served out of the pot.

The fragrant braised pork is ready, fat but not greasy.
