Black pepper taro
Eating taro can increase appetite and help digestion. The taro is rich in nutrients and can be used as staple food and vegetables. It can be steamed and made soup. It is delicious in various ways. I accidentally discovered this black pepper taro. Once, black pepper beef tenderloin and fried taro strips were fried. The fried taro strips were eaten dipped in sugar. After dinner, only onions were left in the black pepper beef tenderloin and there were not many taro strips left. I put the two leftovers together and stored them in the refrigerator. After heating it in the microwave at noon the next day, I took a taste and felt it tasted good. I tried it once and my family was very supportive.
