Steps for pickled mustard tofu

Cut half of the tofu into dices.

Boil diced tofu with water.

Serve the tofu if it is too cool.

Chop the pickled mustard into fine dices (if it is salty and pale, you can wash it over with water) and chop the green onions into minced ground.

Minced meat (finely diced).

Add oil to the pan, saute onion, ginger, and pepper powder into the pan, add mustard, stir fry, add sugar to cook the cooking wine.

Add in the minced meat and stir fry until color changes.

Add a little fermented bean curd and stir-fry with fermented bean curd juice.

Drizzle with water starch and thin sauce, sprinkle with white pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce on the tofu plate and add salt or MSG to your taste. I didn't add it.
