Steps for Spicy two-color tofu

Two large pieces of blood tofu.

Cut tofu into slices.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic, pepper powder, and paprika powder and saute until fragrant.

Add water, add salt, and bring to a boil.

When I put the blood tofu into the pan, I hold it in my hand and cut it directly into the pan. I can also cut it first and put it back into the pan.
