Duck and American ginseng soup
By SelinaOrn
This was the first dish I took after returning to China. The weather has been relatively dry recently, so I often make soup and porridge. I went to the farmers 'market that day and saw water ducks for sale, so I bought one and cooked it with the American ginseng I bought from the United States last year to make such a nourishing, nutritious and delicious soup.
