Curry is one of my favorite seasonings. I usually use curry beef and curry chicken. Today, I tried curry beef meatballs, and the taste is still very good. Beef meatballs are ready-made from the market. This Chaozhou beef meatballs are very carefully made. They are knocked out with a wooden stick. The tissue between the muscles is still broken and connected. They are very refreshing and elastic. I have never tasted it before, so it is difficult to appreciate that feeling, haha.
