The hairtail was sent to me by a friend. There is no sea near Jinhua, so my friends always bring me some seafood when I go to places with a sea. When I was a child, I would eat an extra bowl of rice whenever I ate hairtail. The rice was always very delicious. Today, this hairtail tail is a bit big. Steps for Home-cooked hairtail
